Free bug support for the first 30 days (1 November to 30 November 2026). Tell us what went wrong. If you are already inside the app, the small floating bug button there is quicker: it notes the last few seconds for you, so you only describe what looked wrong.

If you are signed in, we also note who you are and which trader you belong to. We never ask for or record your password. Please do not paste passwords or full bank details here.
