Permission checks for your signed-in role:

Just tell us or show us the bill. You do not need to fill in an accounting form: record what happened, and/or take a photo of the paper bill (at least one). If you send both and they differ, the photo is used. Your CA checks everything before it reaches the books.

These passwords are not stored and cannot be shown again. Download the file now and give each person their own login and password through a secure channel (not a group chat). Delete the file after handing over. Forgotten later? Use Reset password on the user.

In Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or any similar app choose Enter a setup key, name it RNC Fintax, type this key (time-based), then enter the 6-digit code it shows. The key is shown only now.
A CA maker reviews what traders send and confirms the figures. Only a CA administrator approves and posts. Create a separate login for each person; switching a login off ends its session at once.
Define each business event and its posting rule. Positive amounts are debits, negative amounts are credits, and every event must net to zero. Party placeholders such as $[BUYER] post to the control GL with the party in the sub-ledger.
Numbers such as [AMT] or [BAGS] are typed in when the event is entered; party placeholders such as [BUYER] are chosen from that trader's masters.
Formula examples: [AMT] (debit), -[AMT]*0.05 (credit), -[AMT]/1.05*0.05. Tick "Balancing" on at most one line to take the remaining figure and any paise rounding.
One chart for all traders, maintained by the CA. Farmers, buyers, banks and cash post to their control GL; each trader's balances stay separate.
